Roles and Responsibilities:

  • The Digital Sales Executive or Manager will oversee all our hubspot-based sales and marketing activities worldwide;
  • Close sales from the leads generated;
  • You must be great at writing attractive emails, engaging with clients on zoom calls and resulting in closing sales;
  • A more senior Digital Sales Manager might also be considered for managing a team of digital tele-sales executives, based in our KL office.

Core Skills:

  • Ability to close sales over the phone;
  • Ability to communicate in great English in writing and in person;
  • Proven experience in using Hubspot marketing is a clear and added advantage, but the willingness to learn, based on other relevant experience will also be considered;
  • Ability to manage digital platform outcomes such as monitoring response rates etc.

You will be measured on the following KPIs:

  • Closing sales;
  • Communicating our wide range of complex products and consulting services to clients;
  • Increase in the number of contacts in our database;
  • Coordinating with content team to produce great products based on what clients tell you;
  • Contribution to the overall organisation’s reputation and success.

The projects you will be required to work on include;

  • Selling events and training around the world for which we need the maximum number of participants;
  • Selling our “Working Group” communities.


  • A good university degree is always preferred but not if you can tell us why you are better;
  • 5-6 years’ experience in Digital Sales;
  • Excellent spoken and written English;
  • Strong planning and organization skills;
  • Able to multi-task, detail oriented, good team player, highly responsible, meticulous, independent and fast learning;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
