Duties and Responsibilities:

  • The Digital Marketing Manager will oversee all our hubspot-based marketing activities worldwide that will result in lead generation for our sales team to close;
  • This includes writing marketing emails, websites, landing pages, payment and registration portals that will result in our target audience connecting, engaging and buying from us;
  • A more senior Digital Marketing Manager might also be considered for managing a team of digital tele-sales executives, also to be based in our KL office to close the sales from the leads generated.

Core Skills:

  • Ability to write in great English; creative, interesting and winning marketing content for emails, websites as well as for videos and other digital collaterals;
  • Proven experience in managing Hubspot marketing is a clear and added advantage. But the willingness to learn, based on other relevant experience will also be considered;
  • Ability to manage digital platform outcomes such as monitoring response rates etc;
  • Ability to work with the sales team in providing them leads. (If you are a more senior candidate, we would like to assess your ability to hire and manage a digital sales team under you as well);
  • Ability to oversee our database.

You will be measured on the following KPIs:

  • Producing winning marketing messages that results in engagements as measured by open rates and responses;
  • Marketing strategies that lead to the sales staff being able to close sales;
  • Increase in the number of followers and contacts in our database;
  • Coordinating with our digital creative team to come up with great campaigns;
  • Contribution to the overall organisation’s reputation and success.

The projects you will be required to work on include:

  • Events and training around the world for which we need the maximum number of participants;
  • Managing our “Working Group” communities;


  • A good university degree is always preferred but not if you can tell us why you are better.
  • 5-6 years’ experience in Digital marketing;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Keen eye for digital marketing that results in successful sales and engagement numbers;
  • Excellent spoken and written English;
  • Strong planning and organization skills;
  • Able to multi-task, detail oriented, good team player, highly responsible, meticulous, independent and fast learning;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
